Intergrate® ECO-FR Series gratings from Fiberstruct are manufactured using a patented fire retardant orthophtalic polyester resin-mix, and continuous glass roving reinforcement. The colour grey (RAL 7040).ECO-FR Series gratings have a flame spread of 25 or less according the ASTM E-84 tunnel test, and a smoke index of 800 or less. They also have M1/F1 classification according NFP 92-501 / NFF 16-101.
ECO-FR Series gratings exhibit a good corrosion resistance and an antiskid of R13 as per BGR 181 and DIN 51130.
For applications that require better chemical resistance we recommend our ISO-FR Series.
